I am 30 yrs of age, 240 lbs, 6'2", with a body fat percentage of 22%. Tryin to cut the fat while not loosing what muscle i have. I work out 5 days a week currently with 30 minutes of cardio on the days I work out (after workouts since I heard its the best time for cardio for burning fat).

My typical Cardio session is high resistant with heart rate around 140-150.

My training split Chest/Back & Abs/Legs/Arm/Shoulders,Traps, Abs/Off/Off
10-12 reps each set.

Supplements: Multi-Vitamins, 10 g BCAA between meals and after workout,10g Arginine pre-workout, 5g creatine post-workout.

My BMR is 2297 My daily Calorie Needed based on the Harris Benedict Formula is 3560 Calories. I'm shedding 500 calories off that to have a goal of 2600 calories a day. This current diet plan is at 3200 Calolries. Should I shed more calories? Thanks for the help.
