Hi All,

As the title says, I am looking for some advice on my current diet. I have only been running it a week and I wanted to know what you guys think could improve it.

7.00 AM
1 cup of oats with semi skimmed milk
2 scoops of ON gold standard protein

11AM
1 tin of tuna in spring water

1PM
2 chicken breasts
1 cup of raw spinach
1 cup of romanian lettuce with onion and tomato
1 hand full of blackberries

3PM
1 small handful of almonds

7PM (post workout)
Similar to 1PM meal
2 scoops of ON gold standard

9PM
1 cup of low fat cottage cheese

My goals are to lean out but keep as much muscle as possible.

Advice?!

I would be absolutely starving 24/7 if i was on this diet. If you want advice, id suggest posting your stats, tdee etc..

I have no problem with hunger really, only at night which some cottage cheese sorts out.

Train 6 days a week including all major compound lifts....

MON - Back and chest (supersets)
TUE - Legs
WED - Shoulders and arms (superset bi & tri)
THUR - OFF
FRI - Back and chest (supersets)
SAT -Legs
SUN - Shoulders and arms (superset bi & tri)

I also add in abs EOD and cardio. I know the training may seem alot bud i am getting really good strength and physical gains from it.

OK you are half my age but everything else is real close...workout fine (2 leg days I couldnt do they are destroyed for a few days after every week I think your better served to crush them on Tues and take Sat as another rest day)...diet....not near enough food in any category outside of protein and thats only close because your drinking too many shakes real food = real nutrition=better absorbtion rate....Hit 3j up he can get you dialed in for sure.

Yea, i worked legs really hard on Tuesday and still struggling to walk today, so I think I may take Saturdays as cardio only. Do you have any advice you can give me with regards to the diet and any changes? No doubt 3j is the best around but I cant afford his services atm

If you want a critique from the experienced guys on this forum, you need to post more than just foods and training routine. Such as your tdee etc. also you havnt included caloric intake/macros anywhere. read the stickys above. Good luck!
