Critique my diet

6:00am

2 whole eggs + 4-5 egg whites
3/4 cup oats w/ 1 package splenda
1 large coffee w/half and half --2 packages splenda

9:00am

40g whey
1 cup skim milk

12:00pm

2 slices wheat bread
mustard
turkey breast
banana

3:00pm

3oz raw tuna
8oz cottage cheese

6:00pm

8oz chicken breast
sweet potato
1 cup brocolli

8:00pm

preworkout shake 20g whey/1 cup skim milk

@9:00pm

postworkout shake 40 g whey
1 piece fruit

***occasionally before bed---glass of milk w/ 1 scoop natural peanut butter


I drink water all day
maybe 1 more cup of coffee
my goal is lean mass
 
at 215 your maintenence is in the 3225 calorie ballpark. A 500 calorie surplus, which is a good starting point for lean gaining, puts you at 3725.

i just eyeballed it, but that diet doesnt look anywhere near 3725.
 
bagel pwo is fine.

i would also lower the meal frequency. 7 meals is overkill, unless you just like cooking and eating all day.
 
man, i think we have something in common.. pay too much attention to the carbs, protein, and fat... and we undereat our calories... I need to fix my prodlem... as you do as well!
