Here is my current diet. I would like you guys to let me know if I should change anything, it would help out a ton.
A little background about me first, 28 yrs 16% bodyfat 190 lbs 5'6". I am currently dieting down so I can put on some lean mass for a show later in the year, July Sept 2012. I am currently carb cycling, here is the diet,
Low Day
Frequency-5 days/week
Meal 1: 45g protein
30 carbs
3g fish oil
Meal 2:same as 1
Meal 3: 45g protein 2 cups of veggies and 1.5 tbsp almond butter
Meal 4: same as 3
Meal 5: same as 3 and 4
Meal 6: 45g protein unlimited veggies and 2600mg primrose oil 1tsp macadamia nut oil
Totals: 300g Pro, 100 carbs
Medium Day
Frequency-1 Day/week
Meal 1: 40g protein, 50 carbs
Meal 2: 40g protein, 50 carbs
Meal 3: 45g protein, 30 carbs
Meal 4: 45g protein, 2 cups of veggies, 1.5 tbsp almond butter
Meal 5: same as 4
Meal 6: 45g protein, 2 cups of veggies 1 tsp olive oil 2600mg primrose oil.
Totals: 260g protein, 150 carbs
High Day(Leg Day)
Frequency-1 day/week
Meal 1: 60g carbs, 30 protein
Meal 2: 50g carbs, 30 protein
Meal 3: 50g carbs, 30 protein
Meal 4: 60g carbs, 45 protein (post workout)
Meal 5: 40g carbs, 40 protein
Meal 6: 45g protein, unlimited veggies, 1 tsp macadamia nut oil, 2600mg primrose oil
The cycle will go high,low,low,low,med, low,low
I do not do well with carbs, but when I go keto I get very tiredsome. I have also done paleo and had very good results, but too much muscle loss and it is way to restrictive if you ask me. Please let me know if I should change anything.
FYI: I will be beginning a cycle of 500mg Test Cyp and 300mg deca for 16 weeks around the first of the year.
