Hello Gents. First off let me introduce myself as I have just joined......My names Ollie. I have been lifting for the past 10 years. I started bodybuilding when I was in a book store 10 years ago (@ 16) and picked up a book by Mike Mentzers called Heavy duty. To this day thats how I conduct the majority of my training. I have made some reasonable gains over the years using his system and other varied methods of training. When I started I was 59kg and could barely bench press 100lbs! Not exactly a natual if you get me! HA HA HA !! I have never taken steroids but I have reached the the decision to now cross over to uncharted territory (for me anyway). I am at the stage where I feel I have done my best naturally. There have been set backs over the years. I was in the british Army for 9 years and everytime we went away for 6 months on ops I was unable to train with weights and my diet consisted of ration packs with the biological value of a breeze block! I used to come back a few stones lighter everytime(we all did) due to the nature of work we were doing over there (as far from the "in the rear with the gear" as you could probably get!). Anyway I have been able to be consistent now for the past 2 years due to leaving and now working protective security. I am stronger than I have ever been but want to take it to the next level. Currently I am 217lbs at 6'1" with 9% bodyfat. A mate of mine recentely gave me 1000 5mg pink tablets of Dianabol he got from British Dispencery. The genuine ones. I am 101% certain they are real after doing my homework. Ideally I would take 40mg a day for 5-6 weeks using testosterone as a base FOR THE BEST POSSIBLE GAINS, however I do not have the means to obtain anything else as my mate has re-deployed overseas and is not back untill next year. I only have the Dianabol and Nothing else. I was going to take this at 40 mg a day for maybe 5-6 weeks then start anti-estrogen/PCT. I realise the gains on D-bol are indeed fake water retained mass (whilst on cycle), but the lean mass that is gained whilst on....How much of this will/should be kept after the cyle ends? I realise veryone is different and one man will keep more than the next man etc, but on average from your combined experience is there a guideline/mean average of lean mass retained? I have researched this a lot and already know that about 90% of you will tell me its a wate of time without test as a base, but remember , for now its all I have along with clomid and some other anti estrogens!......My diet is spot on (believe me I've had 10 years to get it right and havnt done badly naturally), I dont drink, dont smoke, dont do junkfood, get a good 9 hours head down a night and supplement with quality protein/bcaa/, drink a gallon of water a day on average and do not have a labourious job. I simply dont trust the online sources for gear and untill my buddy returns this is it! Hope someone will be able to give me some good feedback. Thanks for your time guys....
