I thought that Crystal Light was using Splenda which is sucralose, if you are anal about your health (most of us are not) its not good for you, just like aspartame (turns into formaldehyde @ 86ºF which is why diet sodas are dated, the taste goes bad when your sweenter turns that shyt).
