Hey all, just interested in seeing the number of people that use this supplement.

I am going to be doing lab research this upcoming August on the negative impact on the cardiac system that this supplement has, which opposes all other academic studies present that discuss circumin.

The hypothesis of the group is that Circumin actually poses a negative impact on heart and coronary system through alpha actinin increase in the body resulting in a build up of collagen. Our current study suggests that supplemental curcumin increase collagen build up in the body increasing risk of heart diseases and negative health rather than aid in preventing it. This idea contrasts the mainstream idea that, right now the belief is curcumin can decrease pulmonary arterial pressure and inhibit the deposition of collagen in pulmonary blood vessels. But with the studies being conducted we are finding this might not be the case, actually increases the deposition of collagen.

And as we know, we do not want collagen build up on the smooth muscle cells in the cardiac system.
 
I had read something about it increasing the genesis of fast-twitch muscle fibers on top of the cardiovascular benefits, so I jumped on it for a couple months. I don't know if I wasn't taking enough, had poor purity (was Jarrow which is usually really good), or if there were other factors in play - but I didn't really notice any difference to be honest. Blood pressure remained the same and I saw no differences elsewhere.
 
I think its great to use. helps with head aches and digestion, good if bulking to add to hunger. but I haven't ever used it for years non stop. couple months here n their. also ginger root.

I need to see more before I believe you ( no offense)
