I've been wondering, I was going to be shooting for about +2000 Calories surplus per week (that's a bit over half a pound a week), but then I started to debate with myself that since on Test-E, it would be far better to shoot for a much higher surplus such as +3500 a week (1 lb a week) or even +5000 (1.5lbs). I was wondering pretty much, what would be the ideal amount to shoot for on a basic 500mg@12 weeks test E cycle, to gain the most from the cycle but the least amount of fat (if fat is even a worry on it).
PS: Your help is greatly appreciated, as I am doing research before my cycle in December (maybe later).
