Currently deployed to Afghanistan, need help with cycle/workout regime

Hey guys new to the site, and have been reading the articles on the newbies section. Right now I just started my deployment and was looking for some good information. I'm 24 years old, 5'9" 175 lbs. Being deployed severely limits my workout routine, we do have a gym, but it's quite shitty and hard to get a good workout in. Most my workout is going to be endurance/body-weight workouts with cardio. Not too much of a negative since I was looking to cut during this deployment anyways. My main question is what would be a good cycle for cutting, I'm pretty good at watching what I eat, a little limited on the food I get to pick at the chow hall, but I pick the healthiest food I can get. I'm mainly looking for a good cutting cycle, along with any protein/supplements you would suggest. I looked into steroids, but I don't really know how many of the guys living in the same tent as me would look the other way.

Thanks for your service, I was over in Iraq back in 04-05, be careful with the gear over there, I saw a Marine unit get busted for using on the base I was at while over there. most websites do ship OTC supplements to APOs, I personally like Optimum Nutrition 100% whey protein and used to order it directly over there to compensate for the lack of healthy choices at the chow hall. If you're just looking at toning, look into that P90x, I know several people who have toned well with it and little equipment is needed.

Yeah, one of the guys in my platoon has a copy of insanity which will be good since I don't have any weights. I'm also trying to convince a few guys to split the money for a set of bowflex dumbells for the hooch. I used to use optimum nutrition and will probably order more of that. Another thing is we get free cans of the gatorade protein shake, just waiting to get them at my FOB. Army chow is definitely the worst nutrition considering I saw today that the food chart shows coke zero as a high performance food and gatorade as medium performance. Only thing they look at is calories and sugar content to decide what is healthy. I was mainly looking into what would be a good pro-hormone cycle I could order.

Hey man thanks for your service,

LOL at the coke zero being high performance food!!! Body-building on a military diet must be tough shit. Real stuff would obviously be the better choice but with such a restrictive diet I am not sure if its worth while to put your body through the stress of a AAS cycle.

I would recommend a stack of Tribulus Terrestris, Whey Iso-late protein, Vitamins/Minerals, Antioxidants, and Creatine if hydration is not a common problem.

The food isn't the worst, just have to know what to eat instead of listening to what they think is a healthy diet.

I know what your saying, good luck with the training. Sorry I don't have any more input for pro-hormone stuff but I am not a believer in it, body will reach homoeostasis one way or another and I don't believe anything legal can overcome this more of a metal placebo effect.
