I'am doing a 4 week cycle of M1Test and would like to get some input on a cutting diet. How much protein and calories should I be taking a day and what kind of dietary supplements should I be taking if needed.

Well, you definitely need to eating at least 190 grams of protein a day, divided amongst your meals.
Can you give us a sample of how you are eating now and we'll make some adjustments where need be?
