Cutting diet

Ok l was jsut looking at the cutting sticky thread and other peoples diets and putting this 1 together off the top of my head then hopefully i get some response and ppl can adjust it 4 me. l'm only 5'4 at 161 pound soo im a little boy :druggie:


meal 1 - 4 hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, protein shake

meal 2 - peanut butter sandwich

meal 3 - rice, chicken breast, vegies

AT THE GYM

PWO - protein shake ----------------- should i add in a meal here too??

meal 4 - chiken breast, vegies

meal 5 - meat, vegies

meal 6 - Protein shake.


so thats jsut from the top of my head...what adjustments can be made?
