cutting fat?

Ok first of all, how do i cut fat but gaina lot muscle at the same time? I haven't eaten any sweets like chocolate or any of that. My diet consists of a good amount of carbs, protein and vegetables.

Breakfast- usually oatmeal, sometimes eggwhites and whole wheat toast

Lunch- i either eat cold cuts or a bagel (im forced to eat the bagel due to school complications)

Dinner- Usually eat meat fish or chicken with some vegetables and a carbs but not many carbs

Ok thats my basic diet, any suggestions, or questions???????
 
Eat more food bro. You need another 3-4meals in you during the day. It is very hard to gain muscle while cutting down fat so my suggestion to you would be to definitely bulk up first.

What's your stats? Height? Weight?
 
I'd suggest you start up a bulk then.

Breakfast: Protein shake, egg whites, some toast
Meal 2(since you're at school): 2slices whole wheat, lots of cold cuts since you have em, lettus, etc. No ketchup or mayo.
Lunch: Brown rice, chicken breast
Meal 4: Protein shake, some lean meat, potatos
Dinner: Pasta(try to get whole wheat), potatos, lean meats(chicken, ground beef, etc), brown rice, etc
Meal 6(before bed): Protein shake w. olive oil or some other kind of EFA
