Is it oks to eat some pasta before i do my weight training?? The pasta has got Mince, pasta and tomatoe paste in it?? because your meant to eat carb/protein meal before lifting weights?
too much pasta is not necessarily good for cutting, stick to getting a higher percentage of your carbs from green vegetables, you will cut up much faster.

I've noticed this stuff has a slight "chalky" residue & doesnt hold on to the sauce/sugo as well as the regular...Sacrifice for pasta heads who lift, or quality control issue?...
