meal two-11:00 am 2 chicken patties,2 turkey burgers,50 gm shake
meal three-2:00 pm-tuna w/lowfat mayo on whole wheat bread,flax seed oil capsules

meal four-4:30 2 hambugers w/ketchup,2 potatoes,fish oil capsule,flax seed oil capsules
meal five-7:00 tin of sardines,50 gm shake
meal six-10:15-10:30 2lb chilli
11:30-12:00 am-bed
