cutting is an art. Lots of discipline- You need to cut out ALL processed carbs like white bread and High frutose corn syurp, as well as cut your cals - bump up the cardio and not drink. Overall READ the labels on your food stuff and dont consume shit- lots of green veggies and fruit are my best option. Add fish and chicken. good luck -
 
Eat a type of lean meat (Fish, Chicken, Turkey, Steak) with a side of green veggies 8 times a day, do cardio and youll get shreaded.

Has worked for me every summer so far and i chose not to do any cardio at all and get down to 6%bf no prob......

Here's what I do:
I want to BULK: I up the cals & lower the cardio.
I want to CUT: I keep cals maintanence & up the cardio.

Simple as that. Diet should be kept clean year around. Allow the occasional snacking to curb cravings, IMO. Other than that, feed your muscles quality foods. After all, they cant grow on shit (junk/fast foods).
