Cycle Diet

I am 6’2’’ 220 19% BF Train 4 X week weights and 6 X per week walk / run – About to start a 10 week cycle of 400mg Test E. I was trying to get to 12-15 % BF but happened apron some juice so I am thinking about running it. A few questions:

1. How much calories should I intake to gain muscle but not a lot of extra fat during the cycle?
2. What is the recommended ratios of Fat/carbs/pro of a on cycle diet?
