Weeks 1-4:
Test C - 250mg- 2 X Week for 500mg
Deca - 150mg - 2 X week for 300mg

Weeks 5-10:
Test C- 250mg - 2X week for 500mg
Mast - 100mg - 2X week for 200mg

In week two, I started BP-157 - 250mcg once daily
i could possibly do a taper on Test after week 10. I only have One 10ml Deca 300 and One 10ml Mast-200.
I started at 172 1bs and lifting and increasd calories. Any suggestions on the cycle? Keep in mind, I am a beginner
I will add 50mg of Clomid at the end of cycle.

Cycle looks solid for a beginner. Stick to planned doses. Consider tapering Test. Watch for estrogen issues; have Arimidex if needed. Start Clomid 50/25mg PCT two weeks after last Test shot. Eat in a surplus, train hard, and monitor BP. Stay consistent—PCT is key for recovery.

how tall are you? what's your BF%?

I am 6 feet and 12percent body fat. Thanks for the responses. I guess I need to pick up some Arimidex and Clomid asap.

I am also thinking of extending the Deca through week five or six before switching over to Mast. What do you think?

The dosing and compound choice seem good, but just make sure you're monitoring your body for any sides, especially with the Deca and Test. The taper on Test after week 10 is a good idea if you're planning to come off smoothly. Adding Clomid is smart for PCT. Keep an eye on your nutrition and recovery too, it’s key. How’s your training going so far?

Extending Deca to week five or six before switching to Mast could be beneficial for maintaining joint support and muscle fullness. Just ensure you manage potential prolactin-related sides and allow enough time for Mast to take effect. A smooth transition with proper support supplements should optimize results.

Extending Deca to week five or six can enhance joint support and muscle retention. Monitor prolactin levels, estrogen balance, and recovery time before switching to Mast for optimal hardening and definition effects.
What's your diet like? are you eating a protein and carbs full meal at midnight?
Thanks for keeping us posted!

I am late to the party on Anastrozole but it is on the way. Should be able to start it week five at .5mg twice week. No side effects so far other than a little mild ED. Not much though. Nothing a little Sildenafil won't resolve temporarily. ----Training is going great. I am getting stronger quickly and putting in a two on one off split with Yoga or Stretching on off day. Sometimes run three days on one off. Legs twice a week at least. I do have shoulder joint pain compensating for an old injury on other side but I am making it through workouts and healing enough to get back in there each time. Thanks for asking and your input.

I will be extending Deca through week six. I am going to Doctor in less than a week. Should I ask for estrogen level blood work? I am eating alot and do get a lot of calories before bedtime usually a little before midnight but I pretty much eat myself to sleep. I plan to weigh again this weekend which is close to end of week four. Any other suggestions on bloodwork when I go see Doc? Thanks for your input casanova.

Since you're extending Deca (nandrolone decanoate) through week six, getting bloodwork done is a smart move. Asking for estrogen (E2) levels is definitely a good idea because Deca can affect estrogen conversion indirectly by increasing prolactin and suppressing natural testosterone, which can cause hormonal imbalances. Check your thyroid as well.

Bloodwork to Request:

  • Total & Free Testosterone – To see how suppressed you are.
  • Estrogen (E2, Estradiol, Sensitive Test) – To check for imbalances.
  • Prolactin – Since Deca can elevate it, leading to unwanted sides like gyno and libido issues.
  • Progesterone – Deca has progestogenic activity, which can contribute to estrogenic sides.
  • Lipid Panel (Cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides) – Deca can impact cholesterol negatively.
  • Liver Enzymes (AST, ALT) – Always good to check, even though Deca is not liver-toxic.
  • Kidney Function (Creatinine, BUN, eGFR) – Deca can cause water retention, impacting kidney function.
  • CBC (Complete Blood Count) – To monitor red blood cell count and hematocrit.
this is alot to check out but I'd rather be thorough than have issues later on.
Just my 2 CC's worth

I appreciate the input. I just had my doctor have to cancel appointment because they are changing office locations. So my appointment is not until three weeks but I will be asking for most profiles. I already have Hypothyroidism but have been on Levothyroxine and in balance for a while. So, this may affect the thyroid function as well?

alot of people forget to check their thyroids and suffer, so I always suggest for ologers to have theirs checked.

I just finished Week 5 and it has been a successful journey thus far. I have managed to get a minimum of four days a week lifting and try to stay at five. Did slightly pull a muscle around the lower back, quadratus lumborum area. It was pulled doing last set of eight rep weighted Smith machine lunges. The good news is that I started fresh at 171 lbs. and now am at 187 lbs. Mostly water weight I am sure. I will stop Deca - 150mg twice week at end of this week 5. Begin week six with Mast - 100mg twice week. I did start anastrozole .5mg every other day this week. Running six more weeks starting next week of same Test - 250mg twice week for total 500mg week , Mast - 100mg twice week for total 200mg week. Hoping to hit 195 by the end and hold steady at 190 over time. Thanks for everyone's input.

Sounds like you're making great progress! Consistency with your training is definitely paying off, and that weight increase is solid—even if some of it is water weight, you're still moving in the right direction. The lower back strain is a bit of a setback, but it’s good that you caught it early and can adjust as needed. Your cycle plan looks well-structured, and hitting 195 while maintaining around 190 sounds like a solid goal. Keep up the great work, and hope the next six weeks go just as well!
