You need to eat more than that man if you wanna gain, I deit of 3500 cals, gear is only one part you need to eat alot alot. Pasta beef, burgers, gainer shakes, mac and cheese ect. Push 5000-6000cals a day easy. Youll get the most out of it doing that. Push 400 grams a day if possible and do cardio 3 days a week to keep the fat under control. If you are working out hard and doing the cardio youll get alot out of that. Eat to grow man!!!
