Cycle question?

I'm new to the forums so I apologize in advance if I posted in the wrong location.

Hear me out on this... I started working out a little less than a year ago and I've taken 2 cycles of prohormones over that time and after my last cycle I think I'm ready to step it up. A few of my buddies have been running tren e 250 and Sustanon (sust) 250 on their first cycle with no terrible side affects. I've done my reading and and I know I'm going to get blasted for my age and the fact it's not recommended for a first cycle. Here are my stats anyway: Age: 18, height: 6'2", weight: 190lbs, year of lifting. My friends are 18 and 19. I don't know how to describe my diet but I don't eat any meal without getting ATLEAST 40 grams of protein and that's without my protein shakes.

My family member owns a nutrition store and I went to him and he recommended me not to take tren because its "messed him up pretty bad." And said to go with deca which is fine with me but I just want to know more opinions. I'm a hard gainer because of my height and high metabolism so just working out I'm not gaining anything and its frustrating.

Please don't just bash me. I'm looking for advice and other options.

I refuse. You're too young, haven't been working out naturally near long enough, and your buddies running tren and sust? Mind boggling. Stay away from this stuff till you're at least 25 or have the natural genetics to compete. This stuff will mess your hormones up badly.

If you've done your reading you know that deca alone is one of the worst ideas possible. Just keep to school, training, and chicks. Leave the Juice

It will mess my hormones up until I stop taking them or forever?
Ill be honest with you, I'm very uneducated on the stuff and I usually rely on my buddies but I want to know for myself.

What it will do is suppress your htpa axis during the cycle and for a long time after if you don't do a correct post cycle therapy. In some cases some guys are permanently surpressed. You'll know better if you get bloods done. At this stage of your life there's a good chance that your natty test is awesome and all you need is to lift heavy, eat a tonne, and get the proper rest. This game is expensive and you can really mess yourself up if you're not careful. Most young males I know do not have the money or the psychological maturity to deal with all this. At this stage of your life u should be finishing school, partying, and getting a tonne of chicks. Avoid this game till you're much older.

I'd say do at least a year of solid research and then you'll be able to weight the pros vs cons and make the decision for yourself. There are a lot of people who regret starting in their teens around the boards.

Age aside (which is too young), a year of lifting under your belt is a drop in the bucket. Your tendons won't be able to handle the strain from the juice and you risk tearing them. I know several people who cycled without a good natural base, all have suffered some form of tendon issue, shoulder and pec issues being most common as young guys love to bench heavy to show off (most of them needed surgery).

I still wonder who is going around telling kids juice at their age is fine and tren/deca/anything besides test (maybe with dbol/tbol) is a good idea for a first cycle *sigh*

I've played baseball and football all my life with excersize and lifting so by no means should my body be under developed? I just within the last year made it a 5 day a week activity for myself.

Bro, just wait 6 years or so. You really don't want to mess up your ability to enjoy your manhood by rushing into something. There's a ton of pressure on a young man looking for quick gains in size, fame, money, and women, I know. However, trust that you can get all that stuff with a little elbow grease and straight up work. Eat a ton of food and you'll get the gains you're looking for. How many protein shakes do you consume a day?

Gear isn't an easy solution for yourself and whatever it is you're looking for. Trust yourself that you're busting your ass in the gym 5 days a week and you're gains and recognition is going to come. You're at an age where your hormones is BEAST mode already. Stay natural for a while boss, trust me.

I played football growing up and rugby through my college years. I can attest that the demands of each sport are much different than the weight room and does not amount to the same level of development. There is still the issue of your age though...21 if your at your genetic limit (only younger if you hit your limit and wish to compete), other wise 23 at the earliest.
