Cytpogainer-Best for gaining weight/bulking?

well while im on this topic instead of starting a new thread,

My friend said the proper way to take Cyto is by taking it with milk in the morning when you wake up, before workout, after workout and before you sleep.

is that the best way to take it to get maximum out of it?

because i feel like thats too much for your body and you will piss or shit a lot out even if you do work out like hell
 
I'm not a fan of weight gainers. Why not make your own?? Just add milk, oats, protein powder, peanut butter, even eggs in a blender.

^^^This! Weight Gainer powders are a complete waste of money IMO. You can make a better homemade weight gainer and you are in control of what you put in it.

Use skim milk
liquid egg whites
Natty PB
A banana or other fruit for flavor

Maybe some fat free ice cream to add some thickness to the shake

Oats for fiber and a complex carb source

Voila...you have yourself a great tasting weight gainer.
