it's a sublingual d-bol. Supposed to absorb below the tounge therefore causing no liver damage.

once its absorbed it would go to the blood stream and eventually end up at the liver just like injectable dbol imo .

It's a junk supplement trying to say it is real d-bol when it's not. It's complete crap. Don't give your money away.
