Well, I feel like shit, I fell off the diet wagon this weekend. I had limited my cheat meals to one meal every two weeks. I've been trying to cut since the first of this year. Went from a pudgy 202 to 181.5(check my pics in the members photo's section). I guess it was because of Easter and all but damn I just got weak. Jellybeans by the fist fulls, at least 15 pieces of "fun-size" chocolates.....
Man I went nuts. Does anybody have any motivation for me??? I need to start this week out right and continue my quest for 5% BF. I need some inspiration people!!!! HELP!!!
