Danish cutter, look if i should change something guys???

7:30 5eggwhites, 3bananas, 6oz skinnymilk, 6oz oatmeal.
10:30 post workout drink:Carbs 60grams and protein 44grams
13:30 2chicken breast, a little bole of rice, weggies
16:30 2chicken breast, a little bole of rice, weggies
19:30 2chicken breast, a little bole of rice, weggies
22:30 proteinshake 22grams and 3eggwhites mixed with 6oz of skinnymilk.

Is this a good diet for cutting?
ive lost a few pounds in 3weeks time, and my abs are starting to show :)

im 217pounds/6ft/13-14bf
 
Wayyy too much sugar and carbs for a cutting diet. Where is the healthy fat? I think you need to re-think this approach a little.


If it is really working for you though, then keep on with it.
 
bananas skim milk are sugar. Milk is a horrible addition to a cutting diet IMO, but like I said before if this diet is working for you keep going with it.
