Dbol and T400 cycle suggestions??

Hey guys. New member to the site here but very active reader to it! I love this site and it has helped me alot in my knowlege to AAS.

I am planning to start my second cycle shortly consisting of Dbol T400 and adex, and some nolva for the post cycle therapy (pct).
I plan to take around 650 a week for 12 weeks of the t400, and maybe 50 mg of dbol ED for the first 4 weeks along with the test. Adex .25 eod just to be safe and help from the gyno and other sides.

My last cycle about 7 mths ago was 500 a week of test E, 250 a week of deca, adex same as above, and nolva for the post cycle therapy (pct). i didnt have any serious issues with the last cycle besides gettin shut down pretty good, but my post cycle therapy (pct) worked good for me and ii came around and back to normal. But my gains were pretty good!

Sooo how does my cycle sound that i have posted? What can i expect from the T400? apariently it kills.... but im gettin a sweat deal.. same price for a 10ml jug as i can get test eth 250 for in a 10 ml.

Main goal here is to put on some more mass obv. Im 23... 220lbs... 5'10 train 6 days a week intensly... and hve been in the gym for 5-6 yrs. diet is pretty well spot on but will get a minor tweeking when i start the cycle... and if it helps bench 1 rep max (clean) is 400lbs even... squat is 450 and deadlifts are 450 give or take.. hope that it dont sound like im puffing myself up.. just trying to give you as much info as i can so you can give me accurate advise and thoughts..
 
Hey, I'm new to the forum as well. Your actually running a cycle very similar to what I started 9days ago. Only I'm doing quite the mg's as you. Doing 400 week test, 30 day dbol, same Aromatase inhibitor (AI). Last cycle I did that was similar to this I put on 26 pounds in 8 weeks, kept 18 of it after pct. Only thought I have is that you maybe training to much, you need time off to grow!!!
 
If your trying to bulk and your training 6 days a week, you might wanna rethink that.. That is really a bit overkill, rest is just as important to your body's growth as everything else.
 
Thanks for the input guys. One of those 6 day are cardio only. 45 mins. I wasn't bulkin before.. I was cutting in before this cycle. That's why the diet will get some tweaking for bulking when I start this cycle and I'll be cutting out that 6th day of cardio. Thanks again.

I'd go even less on the resistance training. Even on AAS, you need ample rest time. I would suggest a 4-day split and one hard cardio day, with two days off. Off days and sleep are huge when it comes to making/keeping gains, and your cortisol levels will already be high enough with 4+1. Work hard, rest hard.

Also, what you can expect depends on your diet, form and technique, and training regimen as much as it depends on your dosage. If you're on 3500 cals + ED with 300g protein and 350+g carbs, having your proper fats, vitamin intake, etc etc, 8.5 hrs of sleep every night, perfect training (to form-sublime muscle failure) and you arent overtraining, there is no reason you can't keep a very solid 18 pounds (with your frame) of what you gain in-cycle.
