been running dbol now for 16 days and havnt seen the slightest improvement! am i doing something wrong here?? 25mg every 12 hours(pink tab with a line in the center)

i usually take in 3-4000 calories? do i need more perhaps
roughly 20 glasses of water a day or more(coors light mug)
and 2 shakes a day of mutant mass...one in the morning and after workout

i eat w.e is infront of me all through the day

right now im weighing in around 192lbs
i gained maybe 5 lbs but its just because of the heavy intake in food my guess

people told me it starts usually within the first week and some say not until atleast 14 days

im trying to bulk up in size, any suggestions?

are you running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) with it? alot of dbol gains is water weight. with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) you might be holding back some weights gains, nothing that significant though...are you noticing increased pumps or strength gains?
 
yes im taking 800mg a week

ahh i took 2 shots of arimidex in the 16 days, didnt think it would affect it to bad, going to just stop it altogether till i need it

i find im up in everything roughly 10-15lbs or so

but no increase in size....but i guess if the strength is going up and im not blowing up huge it isnt a bad thing lol



should i be more trying to lift max on everything all the time? 2-3reps instead of 10-12?

800mg of test a week? WOW! Are you an advanced user?(many cycles) I still get gains off 600mg a week. Start that arimidex since you have it on hand at .25-.50mg a day. I would lower them reps to 6-8. JMO. go heavy. 2 shots of arimidex? They make that in injectable form? Never seen it
 
no its liquid, meant it by just a shot of if in a glass with some water, sorry

and no im not an advanced user,(2nd cycle) but my first time i ran 800 a week so just doing it again....its test 400 so i just do 400mg a shot

i done .25 both times and now at 16 days theres no size difference
i wanna get up in size then go from there
 
What's in your test 400? If there is prop you might want to be pinning EOD. Try your Dbol in the morning and pre workout. I second doing arimidex .25 ED or EOD.

cypionate 150mg
enanthate 150mg
undecanoate 100mg<--unsure of this one

wouldnt doing in the morning and prework out be a shitty schedule, your blood levels would be all over the place....you wanna keep them up and at the same level, its why i thought every 12 hrs would be the best for it


im going to do arimidex every 3rd or 4th day,
doing it each day would keep alot of the results down
 
Doing arimidex every 3 to 4 days will affect your blood levels as well. That's why it's recommended EOD or Ed. As for Dbol that depends what time you're training. Lots of people split it 3x a day, but pre workout is great.
 
U r not taking enough dbol 20 first thing on a empty stomach before lunch 20I lunch empty stomach 20 im the afternoon empty stomac for 6 week get some liver aid.. And if that don't work I would get my money back.. for real..
 
Oh and t 400 is al long esters that undecnoate is long ester test undeca it will take a min bf u feel anything from if..
 
50 mg of dbol a day should be plenty

i go to the gym at 5 every evening

wake up around 10-10;30am, take 25 mg at 12 then hit the gym 5-6 then at midnight another 25mg

if i start cutting the tab into more then 2 pieces ill be taking different doses throughout the day, nothing would be equal
 
Ur right don't go braking them in anything then half and 50 should be just fine. Hope u get to were u want..
 
I have done pretty well on dbol only cycles. At that dosage I typically feel something at day 10 or so. By then I at least feel the dbol pump...

That said dbol only cycles are for the birds...
 
Don't get me wrong...I still get gains, but the swings in hormones...and the lack of test generally makes me feel bad.

when i take dbol to kick start off a cycle is use a minimum of 40mgs a day 3hrs before workout
