dbol, eq, test e and aromasin dosage advice please

Hi all. I am 6"2 or 190cm. I'm approx 15% fat. Just holding a bit of fat around the stomach. I'm 36. On HRT. 250mg test e every 14 days and just gone from 50mg DHEA caps (1 per day) to now 100mg DHEA cap per day. I have been training in the gym for many years. But have taken a few months off from time to time. But in the last 1 1/2 years, I've been consistent. I train 3-4 days a week. Eg. Day 1: Back / Biceps. Day 2: Legs. Day 3:Rest. Day 4: Chest / Triceps. Day 5: Rest. Day 6: Shoulders. Then Day 7: Rest. Then back to day 1. I'm normally in the gym for 1 1/2 hours and do 16-18 sets on chest, triceps and legs and aprox 12 sets on triceps and biceps. 3-4 sets per exercise.

I have done a few cycles. Test e 440-500mg test e per week and deca 200mg per week. Put on some decent size. But got real bloated, mainly water. I wasn't using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). My face got real bloated, so did my muscles.
Now, my aim is to keep the bloat down and gain lean muscle mass. So, I chose eq, test e, dbol and aromasin (AI). Just to give you an idea as to how easily my test converts to estrogen. When I started 250mg test e per week for Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), my estrogen went from normal range to 250. 50-150 is normal range. My test went from 8.5 to 35. 9.5-35 being normal range.

So now my question. I recently started a cycle, taking 250mg test e per week (0.6ml every 4 days) with 400mg eq per week (1.2ml every 4 days). I was told to get the most out of the eq, to bring it up to 600mg per week, which I have just done. Plus keep eq at a higher dosage than the test (if I want to get lean muscle without the bloating (water retention & extra fat). I just started 30mg dbol spread out 10mg x 3 times per day on non training days. On training days, I take 30mg dbol 2-3 hours b4 wkout. Will take dbol for 6 weeks. Does this cycle sound good? Or should I bring the test e up to 500mg per week with either 400mg eq or 600mg eq per week? Keeping 30mg dbol for the next 6 weeks.

I recently started 12.5mg aromasin 1 cap per day. In the last few days I've doubled that to 12.5mg in the morning and 12.5 in the evening. Since doing that, I lost 1kg in 2 days and people noticed I looked leaner, esp in the face. I'm assuming that's water loss.

My aim is to consume 70% of my daily intake with protein as I'm looking for lean, hard muscle gain. However, I still want more muscle mass.

I do value my health. Had blood tests with my previous cycle and seen a doctor. I know the dosages aren't massive. Been weary about taking the dbol in the past due to the liver toxicity. But been told 30mg per day for 4-6 weeks are fine.

So, once again, can people please recommend me an affective dosage of test e, eq and dbol. Still have some deca left. Won't need post cycle therapy (pct) because I'll get back onto my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) dosage.

If you're that worried about bloat and water retention why choose dbol? I understand some of that can be controlled with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) but there are many other options when it comes to orals that don't bloat nearly as much. Not too much experience with EQ so I'm not much help but if you do run it make sure to get regular blood work and keep an eye on your RBC and hematocrit values as EQ is notorious for raising RBC to unhealthy levels. You will most likely need to donate blood at some point and possibly more ban once to keep your levels down.

As to your diet do yourself a favor and learn the basics of nutrition. A diet with 70% protein intake is going to be inadequate most likely (you don't mention weight only bf %). Protein isn't magical and just bc you take in that high protein won't make your gains more muscle than fat. This will most likely lead to nutritional deficiencies and a waste of money. More than likely your dietary fat intake will be close to non-existent which will effect your performance and hormone levels (besides test) and carbs will be very low to possibly leading to decreased performance and intensity in the gym. There are a lot of great nutritional articles to read and you'd be best served by understanding the basic concepts to make the most out of this cycle. Good luck to you.

I eat carbs b4 wkout. Actually have carbs and protein with every main meal. Just have protein shakes in water in between meals. I still want to put on muscle mass, I thought I'd try dbol as I haven't b4 but had some on hand. As it's highly anabolic, thought it would be a good bulk builder. The eq for appetite and for hardness / lean mass. Haven't taken bloods for my RBC. Should I be worried? Been told that eq is very mild both in gains and sides.

I do know the basics. I am a PT. But still learning with anabolic steroids and AI's.

I was planning to stay on EQ for 6 months. But after 3 months of 600mg, back to 400mg per week. Or maybe I just flick that and stay on test e and cycle dbol or winstol or something else.

But with my current stuff, dbol, eq and test e with aromasin. Does anyone know what dosages are best for good lean muscle gains with minimal sides? Of course, I am looking after my diet. Training hard when in the gym. Resting up in between wkouts.
ps. I'm 92kg.

I have no experience with EQ personally so I can't attest to its effectiveness but I do know from some reading that it does help increase appetite and is pretty mild relative to other compounds. Unfortunately it does raise hematocrit and rbc counts to unhealthy levels so again I would say blood work and blood donations to be a must.

Dbol is great for size and strength and for a bulk. The only reason I asked why dbol is bc it seems you're extremely concerned about bloat and dbol is notorious for bloat.

There's more to diet than having carbs/pro with every meal and protein shakes in between meals. There's a point of diminishing returns where too much protein will no longer have the desired stimulus on muscle protein synthesis and past a certain point there's also literature in regards to excessive protein intake spread over the course of a day leading to a desensitization towards it and a resulting decrease in muscle protein synthesis. Working off percentages often times leads to excess in one macro but deficiencies in the others. Best to always base your macros off your body mass and goals. Food for thought.
 
Mmm. Maybe I should stop EQ if it raises hematocrit and rbc count. Yes, my diet could be better.
 
That's up to you in regards to the EQ. usually donating blood will take care of this but if left uncheck can lead to clogged arteries and blood clots since the same volume of blood will have a much higher concentration of rbc's causing it to thicken up.
