Dbol...Take once a day or split up???which is better???

I have read that some think it is better to take dbol once a day 1-3 hours before workout so you can have a peak blood level during workout. I have also heard that you need to split it up into 6-8 hour intervals so you can have a steady blood level. Which is better and which returns better gains. will the sides be worse if you do it once a day?
 
ill say split it up through the day, take 50mg ed, take 10 mg evey 2 hours through the day, so it will always stay in your system during the cycle.

I don't think you need to get that crazy.

I recommend splitting it into 2-3 even doses a day and DEFINITELY take one about an hour before you train... If you need quicker absorption, chew them up... Mine make my mouth go a little numb for a few minutes.

I do agree with you, But i have a friend is doing the same thing takeing 50 mg ed, spliting them into 10 mg doses, takes them every 2 hours. and hes gaining good results.
 
I know the common way would be to split it up but I wanted to know if anyone knows if gains are better with preworkout dosings only
 
just using it to jumpstart some gains until my Sustanon (sust) gets going real good. can do 6 weeks, i have enough for that but i wanted to be off of it a little while before i started win and proviron later in my cycle
 
I am currently "pulsing" (taking right before workout only) D-Bol at 30mg. I like it but only do it because when I have stable blood levels of D-Bol, I get gyno. I recommend the traditional way to begin with and when you become more accustom to the drug, you can play around with it to see what you want to do. The thing about taking them all in one shot pre-training is that on the days you don't train, you wouldn't take the drug. Stable blood levels are the key to maximizing growth from the drug.
 
might do dbol instead of win with proviron and clomid and save win for another time but still just wanted to know if preworkout dosings only were beneficial or that way is just not worth trying...any experience with that dosing?

I'm a little confused how you said take it pre workout but not on off days then u said stable blood levels are key to max growth? Now I would rather take it pre workout also due gyno but why not on off days so it builds up in your blood.

Your gonna have good results no matter what, take your 30 three times a day and youll be fine. when i do dbol i do 50-70mgs 2 times a day.

i run 50mg a day at the most, that works for me.
 
Quite frankly you probably won't see any difference in results with split vs all at once but I know for me I get headaches when I take more than 30 at a time (yes I drink crap loads of water). I usually take 60/day split x2 am/pm to avoid that. YMMV.

I am currently taking whin at 50mgs a day oral, I take it at one time in the mid morning. Sometimes I get a headach too from it. When I was taking dbol I took it all at once in am, ed even if I don't workout
I figure if you were doing injectible you wouldn't split up ur pins would you?

This is an excerpt from an article by Bill Roberts on Dianabol:

"Dosing of Dianabol is somewhat interesting, in that for most anabolic steroids it is a rather gray area as to what constitutes the maximum useful dose. In the case of Dianabol however, there has long been general agreement that while 50 mg/day is clearly more effective than anything substantially less, more than 50 mg/day adds nothing further, or nothing that can be noticed. This has been my own finding as well.

It is established that 50 mg/day Dianabol taken morning-only causes little HPTA suppression. When used as part of a stack, I recommend divided doses, such as 10 mg five times per day, or 20 mg on arising and 10 mg three times thereafter. The reason for such frequent dosing is that the half life is quite short: about four hours"

In a nutshell, if it's part of a stack, take in divided doses throughout the day. If not, take all at once in the morning.

However, I've read somewhere here that Dbol taken morning only will still cause HPTA supression. I get confused so i just take mine all in one go. Splitting it up throughout the day is a hassle considering my workload.

Having read Milkman's post about him getting gyno when taking Dbol in divided doses, i believe i'll stick to taking it all in one go every morning :)

i think both arguments make sense but its a little hard to keep blood levels stable by dividing it.. you can get it for most of the day but still not the WHOLE day.. 50mg before workout all in 1 shot.. spike it then hit the gym.. tomorrows another day..

NO I said take his 30 split up three times a day. I do 50-70mgs split up 2 times a day. i just never see any difference either way.
