Dbol...Take once a day or split up???which is better???

I'm thinking I'm gonna try the once a day preworkout dosing...it's easier for me to keep up with also due to my work and would like to do anything I can to lessen the chance of gyno. will let you guys know about my experience with it when I'm done.
 
for strength gains, taking it all before the gym is likely going to yield better results
for size, spreading it out is a no-brainer. If you do some math, which I personally hate but it call for it...half life of dbol is roughly 4 hours, take 50mg first thing in the morning, half that every 4 hours and by the end of the day you have almost nothing in your blood. Spread that out over 3-4 doses and its active much longer. Considering the main action of juice is increasing nitrogn retention, the longer its active the more you grow as you eat all day long
