So for starters... I'm 21 and decided to start a Dbol/Test E Cycle. Before cycle I weighed 168 lbs and around 8% BF (5'9") and after 5 weeks of Dbol/Test E I weight about 180-182 lbs about the same BF.
Cycle:
-Dbol Week 1-5
-Test E 250mg 2x weekly alternating glutes Week 1-12
Haven't been using an AI during the cycle... Couldn't get any from my guy... He said he has no arimidex in anything under a 20mg tablet? Not sure how accurate he was there but I trust him.
Also haven't gotten blood-work done yet, will be doing so shortly within the next few days to see how everything is looking.
PCT:
-Clomid/Nolvadex
Workout Plan:
-Chest/Biceps
-Shoulders/Traps
-Rest Day
-Back/Triceps
-Legs
-Repeat
Diet:
-Haven't really done the macros on the diet... At first I was getting approx 3500 calories a day eating lots of eggs, lean chicken, rice, protein shakes, turkey subs, etc... I was keeping it pretty lean. At about week 3 my diet slowed down because of classes and I kind of halted on the weight gain around 180 lbs. Now around week 4-5 to this current day my diet consists of 3-4 solid meals a day, with 3 weight gainer protein shakes so I am taking in about 3500-4500 calories a day.
Within the first few weeks I gained a good amount of strength... My bench went from 235 up to 275... Squats are around 330 max right now, deadlifts around 245 (Just started deadlifting). So overall my strength has been great. I feel a lot stronger, my energy hasn't really changed much, I haven't had any serious breakouts on my skin, although it is starting to get more oily. I drink about a gallon of water a day, haven't really drank any alcohol on cycle except once for the end of the year college party, but that's about it. I just want some feedback on the pics and anything I can do to gain more weight. I am a hardgainer so its tough for me to gain weight.
I am pretty sure that the weight I have gained is not water weight, because I never look bloated or feel bloated so I am assuming most of the 12-14 lb gains are mainly muscle.
Around week 4 I started getting some sensitive nips, so I took 40mg Nolva for 2 days and have been taking 20mg Nolva ED to help reduce this problem.
With the injections, I use a 25g needle 1"... Is this too small? I haven't noticed any knots/bumps under the skin so I am assuming the Test E is being absorbed because of my low BF percentage.
Also, I am not sure if I feel the Test E that much yet... I have always had crazy libido, so it would be hard for me to notice the libido. I have noticed I have increased body temperature, I get pissed way easier now than pre-cycle... So I am assuming the Test is just starting to kick in.
