dead lifts?

Stiff leg deadlifts are usually used to target hamstrings. Of course they also hit your lower back. I prefer regular deads because I have no problem with rounding my back that way.
 
bent knee deads utilize more muscles, therefore would be better for mass. i just started doing them and learned there is nothing more punishing than a couple sets of deads! you can hear yourself growing :Pump:
