deadlift problem!!!!!

the sticking point of my deadlift is ripping the iron off the floor. my lockout is no problem. what type of exercises can i do to improve my initial pull off the floor???
 
DUe to my spine injury I had to go from a traditional style to mire or a sumop style deadlift. It is way more comfortable because it makes the getting it off the ground part easier on you.
 
is it a sticking point or is the weight too heavy?

if you can barely move the bar off the floor its not a sticking point but rather you arent ready for that weight yet..


block pulls would be a good move to help you out
