Deads with back or on a separate day.

Hey, I've been doing dls w/back now for about 10months or so. Was wondering if it MIGHT be beneficial to do Dls on a separate day, just so long as I do squat and back early in the wk and dls at the end of the wk. What do you guys think?? Or should I just keep doing it the way i am?? What do most of you do??

Do them on back day. It is a back exercise and it puts more thickness on your back than any other exercise. Besides, a week runs in a loop. You said do back at the beggining of the week then deads at the end, well after you do deads then you're at the beginning of the week again and you just did deads so your back is not recovered in time for back day.

alright....i'll stick to what i've been doing

it depends on how you plan to do deads
if you are going to go for heavy triples or so i would do them first on "back" day then do lat work as assistance..

if you gonna pull "lighter" you can do them after squatting
