Deca bloat -- how bad is it?

I read about Deca bloat a lot. I know some guys recommend NPP as an alternative and find fewer sides (bloat included).

Nevertheless I have some Deca on hand I wanted to use in the future, but wondering if I need to save it for a fall/winter time bulk.

Would the bloat be a solid 10lbs of extra water? Do you have to buy larger pants?

Bloat is easily 99% controlled by management of estradiol. Hopefully you're running that with a test base and understand what is meant by managing estradiol.

If not, please research into what aromatization is and why nandrolone decanoate (deca) has this reputation. You'll find that it's a lot of old school thought that has carried into this millennium, when we now have a far greater understanding and ability to prevent many negative sides associated with AAS.

The bloat on NPP or deca is going to be different for everybody. If you have a good diet and keep your estrogen under control and watch your sodium intake it should be minimal bloating. Me personally I just kept my estrogen under control and I got decently bloated but the bloating carries into the muscles to and can give them a interesting look. Of course the hard dense look is better but this is still a cool look. It basically produces a body similar to what hulk holgan had back in the day. Big muscles with low definition. But theirs a million bodybuilding tricks some one could do to still have a six pack while taking it.
 
The bloat for me was pretty bad. It was so bad that when i stopped and the bloat dissipated everyone at work thought i was dying lol. I basically looked like a dropped a bunch of weight like over night. I found it VERY amusing. :)
 
Drink at least 2 gallons of water per day and avoid salts. If you are still bloating try an anti-estrogen like a-dex as this will keep the estrogen down which will keep the salt retention down which will lower your water retention. Also taking test-e and deca once a week works fine.
Remember that sodium holds water, but to some extent you want sodium in your diet bc as you want your muscle cells to be hydrated. Its not good to be in an anabolic state dehydrated. You will have sodium naturally in meats etc but there is nothing wrong with adding some additional sodium in the diet and add some sea salt or the likes to your shakes as you want to hydrate the cells as much as possible after a workout.
