I think you get about 15 grams of carbs in each of their little scoops. If so, I'd go with 3-4 scoops for 45-60 grams of carbs.
The container will tell you how many grams of carbs are in each scoop. So just figure out how many carbs you want and divide the carbs per scoop into that to determine how many scoops you need.
i remeber a post that half of a scoop would be sufficient, i wonder if i can find it, i will look, be someone had it down to a science, i think it was atherjen, but she left me
