I like turtles.
Are you trying to enlarge the clitoris? Because that's exactly what a topical DHT cream/gel will do. I would steer clear of highly androgenic substances personally when dealing with the female anatomy.
As DHT is a controlled substance, I doubt research chem places will carry it, and the closest I've seen through UGLs would be DHT derivatives like masteron or proviron. But unless it's YOUR clitoris we're talking about here, I would suggest other routes first.
