I'm diabetic and have tried clen. I tend to go hypoglycemic more easily when using any kind of stimulant (clen, ephedrine, coke, etc.). But everyone is different. I have a diabetic buddy that tends to go hyperglycemic when using stimulants. Just tell him to check his blood sugar often and keep sugar and insulin on hand at all times. He'll be fine.
