Did my first pin today! Feeling pretty damn good!

Running Test-E 600mg a week split into two pins Mon/Thu, liquidex .25 mg EOD adjust if needed, and Nolva Clomid combo post cycle therapy (pct). Didn't use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) this time but it will be on my list for the second cycle. Length of the cycle will be 12 weeks. I am 5'8 165 lbs 10% BF. Looking for combo strength and muscular gains from this cycle.

First poke went well. Did my right quad. Used spot injections guide. Followed proper hygiene guidelines, was really surprised at how easy the needle went in. Was only a tiny bit painful when it broke the skin and then nothing. Aspirated, was hard to draw back got nothing but a couple bubbles, no blood, and than started inject. My hands were shaky because it was my first time still so I might have injected a little too fast. Just over a CC in 15 seconds. Steadied my hand and left needle in for 30 and then withdrew it. It is about 10 hours later now and I have a bit of PIP. Feels like somebody gave me a small charlie horse in the injection spot.

Can't believe I was so scared before lol, it asn't a big deal. Just wondering if I should try a delt next to rotate spots or go to the other quad first to get some more practice with everything in front of me. Will not try glutes for awhile. I don't think I have the manual dexterity to be proficient at it yet!

Just wanted to share with ya guys since I have nobody else to talk to about it. Hard to wait the few weeks for the kick lol.
 
You don't have to aspirate.

I would hit your other quad first. Then if you feel up to it try delts. You have to do that one handed, but you can see everything easily and no contorting. I love pinning my delts. Favorite spot. Four spots should be more than enough for a 12 week cycle.
 
right on man. EAT big GET big. 165lbs is light but what's done is done. Make sure your eating like madman and get the most out of your cycle. should I ask how old you are?

That is why I was considering the delts, because the contortion combined with my rookie injection skills could make things go bad for the glutes. I was pretty nervous I was going to hit a nerve though, but it went in like butter. We will see what the PIP is like after I get some shut eye.
 
If u hit quads lets say Mon. & Fri. with 300mgs each time you have a week inbetween injects. You could hit the quads again in a slightly different spot and you will be fine. Then work up to glutes or delts when you have the routine down. Never reuse a needle for any reason.

28 years old.

Training 6 years, 3 years real serious. Started at 115-120 lbs and 15% BF (still using the same calipers I used then! I know not the best bodyfat tool but it is what I have). I gained about 45 lbs of muscle naturally and felt it was time to make the jump.
Bench is 275
Squat is 365-85 depending on the day and the alignment of the stars
Deadlift is 405 now but have pulled 455.

sounds about right im also 5'8 and when I got serious into lifting I weighed 145 at 12%. 170-175lbs at 10% was my real bad sticking point so I decided to eat 6k cals a day and got to 195lbs at 15%. started my first cycle at that. never again will I eat like that. 2 years later still got some of that fat. sounds like you got a solid base

People who haven't seen me since my early twenties are always shocked. I was such a runt it was bad. My lifestyle then was: smoke cigarettes all day, grab McDs for supper. I worked pretty intense manual labor at the time also so I was burning a ton of calories at work. When I quit smoking I hit the gym, turned that appetite into muscle. Too bad I did everything wrong at first. I also have super bulked and hit 230 lbs at over 20% bf. Never again!

I know what you mean. people that saw me 5 years after high school all said I was using steroids which I hadn't yet. now when I see them I just laugh
 
Quads are great, especially for virgins. It's easy to see, and you can use both hands. Welcome! :)

Haha I think it's the rookie starting point for sure. And thanks! Eating big now 500 cals over maintenance daily and going to increase on a weekly basis and try and make the most of this!
 
Hey y'all I'm new so idk how to start a thread I'm guessing I pos here ? But I need some help. I'm almost 19 and im starting a Sustanon (sust) 250 cycle, pinning twice a week with 1cc each time. My big concern is that I am scared once I come off that my penis won't be able to get hard. What is the chance of that happening with just this cycle and has anyone experienced this ? Thank you.

Your penis is the last of your worries using steroids at such a young age. quit being a pussy and eat calories. steroids alone wont turn you into superman

At 19 you are still pumping a lot of natural test. You could probably still make solid gym gains without steroids. Your endocrine system hasnt finished fully developing and the sides on a developing system can be more adverse than on older guys. Also any cycle or use of AAS can result in the permanent shutdown/suppression of your own hormone production. At 19 are you ready to comprehend not being able to have kids or having to get TRT every week or two to live a normal life?

Nobody here is purposely trying to be a wet blanket for younger people looking to use. What they tell others is out of concern for other people and that is rare especially among strangers.
