Diet Experts, spare a min please...

Ok. I was 171 pounds in Feb 2003.(search for pic if you want) and now I am 220, I'm wanting to cut down for spring, like everyone else, the so called Pool body. My diet usually consists of 5-6 meals a day, plenty of protein, (what about a foot long Tuna on wheat from subway w/ no cheese?)(im lessing out the carbs from here on out) pleanty of fresh broccoli, cottage cheese, chicken breasts, tuna, turkey chilli(fat free) lotz of water, glass of chocolate milk daily, oatmeal, Protein shakes, 2-3 of them 40g protein each. Remind you I am in college and I have a limited budget, but i don't drink or party, so i get adequate sleep as well.
I started this diet monday, and it has been killing me it seems like, liek im really tired? Any answers, i think bec i cut out a lot of carbs. Also, I bougth some Hydroxycut, to aid in shredding, and I wanted to hear any reccomendations for the stuff. Like when to use, how often. Today I also started creatine up again, gave a month off, is creatine and hydroxycut ok together? I work out 4 days a week really intensely, after wards I make a Gatorade shake, it contains DEXTROSE-thats for atherjen, she is aways busting peoples chops for that...lol- then i have a protein shake. I just started running tonight, ran a mile and about died! ANy suggestions, I know I wasn't really detailed but I think yu guys get the hint, also, do i need any oils, flaxseed or anything? Thanks for reading my post you people are great!

I would most definitely add some extra fat in there. This will help you with the energy you are lacking as well. I would suggest at least two tablespoons of flax oil or udo's oil.
I throw mine in my shakes(except my post workout shake, that's just protein and dextrose). I always take some more before bed as well with my cottage cheese.:)
One tablespoon of Udo's oil supplies us with 135 calories, extra energy.:)
 
I second the fax or udos choice blend oil. At least two table spoons a day. Really great stuff for alot of reasons including helping to eliminate body fat.
 
Im in agreement on getting in some healthy fats as suggested.

also, your taking creatine and a fat burner? are you taking creatine to help keep your strength up?
if you take both then try to keep them 4 hours apart approx. the fat burner has caffiene in it which causes a diuretic effect, and with creatine you need TONS of water and stay well hydrated.
 
so basically they cancel each other out? lol, defeats the purpose, thans for the help, i really trying to keep the fat to a minimal right now, but, i have seen a lot about oils ad things on the site, and i was wondering where they sell things like that, i live in a college town and there isn't a supplement store for MILES...also, oils, do they come in pill form, or do u have to slurp a teaspoon? Thanks peeps, you're the best! Also, when would i take either flaxseed or udo? as in morning, evening, i see Fyre takes hers b4 bed, what other time? whats better flax or udo, or both?
 
they come in pill form but are more expensive and you need to tkae a million at a time to get the amount you need. I would go with Udo's oil, not too bad tasting just add it to your shakes. I would drop the creatine too if you are mostly concerned with dropping bf, just stick to your fat burner
