well im going to run 500 mg of test e per week for 12 weeks and im wanting to lose a good amount of fat but gain a good amount of muscle im going to be lifting weights 3 to 4 times and do like 20 or 30 minutes a few days like 2 or 3 days on training days do cardio in mornings and lift in afternoons

meal 1: 2 cans of tuna, 1 cup of oatmeal 1 tablespoon of canola oil in oatmeal.

meal 2: 2 buger patties each burger on whole wheat bread, 1 cup of green veggies.

meal 3: 6 oz of chicken, 1 cup of white rice and 2 spoons of peanut butter.

meal 4: 6 oz of chicken, 1 cup of white rice and 1 cup of green veggies and 1 tablespoon of canola oil in white rice.

meal 5: same as meal 2. cut the veggies out of meal 5.

meal 6: 6 oz of chicken, 2 spoons of peanut butter.

macros too. it seems i could calculate them myself, but im just too lazy. on first glance it looks like fats might be too high, but we'll see

protein and dars are about equal i just try to keep them somewhat close to eachother at about 40% protein and 40% carbs and 20% fats i might need to cut my fats down a little tho

i don't really try to make it very difficult i just do about a g per pound for protein and carbs then try to have some good amounts of fats with each meal.
