Diet improving a bit

Stats: 6'2" 200-205 Lbs age:19 BF %: 11.6%-14.5% (Army testing method)

I'm trying to improve my diet, so here is what it is like on typical day:

Morning: Isopure Protein shake w/ frozen banana and 8oz milk

Lunch: Salad, (maybe with a scoop of tuna), 6oz of milk (It's the only thing at school i can find that's not loadedw with fat or carbs and i don't like bringing a lunch

Post workout: Isopure protein shake w/frozen banana

Dinner: .5-.75 Lbs of broiled chicken breast, somtimes made into a sandwhich with whole gran wheat bread...And a yogurt.

If i stray from my diet, It's usually a little less.
 
Your are still not eating enough mang. try to get at least another meal(something similiar to your dinner)during the day. The first thing you should do is break the food down (protien, cals, carbs etc.) and see the #'s then you can evaluate from there!
