DIET is key right, so whats right ???

I really think the heart of this websote is in the training forum so I usually stick around here. The guys on this section seem to know their shit. So what are some things you advise for a diet based on trying to stay lean yet gain as much size as you can on a powerbuilding routine. Yes I know that to be the biggest you gain fat with the muscle and shed it when you can. However I am on the heavier side with a little more fat than I like probably by 20lbs. Yet I do believe that gaining muscle and trying to eat clean will slowly rid me of the fat.....
Diet is key so can everyone who knows their shit share a little info...Thanks bro's..gals...
 
Try to get as lean as possible before bulking. With a long slower bulking period you should be able to put on more lean mass. Eat clean, eat often, and eat a lot when you are trying to put on size.
