diet plan! help

hey guys ive been working out for about a year now and i have lost weight but i would like to be alot more cut! im about 156 pounds and probally around like 10-15 percent body fat! i was just wondering if any one would mind helping me out with a diet plan!

I work out usually like 3-4 times a week and drink protein shakes after my workout and just started taking diet pills.

Would anyone mind writing me out what to eat during the day! because lately ive been going to subway alot! my goal is to lose Body fat!

also i no creatine adds weight but will it build muscle and lose BF?
 
dude at 156 pounds theres really no "supplement" you need to be on that will make you ripped.. all i can tell you is keep lifting, and get a diet and solidify the diet to me it sounds like ur looking for more of a cutting diet but also wanting to get big so some foods to eat should be...

fish, chicken, tuna, eggs, whey protein, steak.. list goes on.. common sense diet food
