Diet Question

I have been going back and forth for some time trying to decide what diet would be best for a specific goal. I have thought about the Anabolic diet to get really lean but I don't want lose any of the muscle I worked to get. I was wondering If I were to only get carbs post workout in the form of my PWO drink, then high protein/high fat every other meal, would that still be like the anabolic diet and would there be any benefits from that?

I just feel like to get really lean the high protein/high fat diet seems to be the way to go, also says it will prevent muscle lose......true? I know its not a keto diet and that's why I am wondering what would be the big difference in getting 30g carbs like it says and getting say 70g post workout? I know I have posted about this before with other questions but I'm really lost and need some good advice! I'm great with the bulking side but this is new to me and I need some help! Thanks everyone!

Just to add a little info, my other option would be to go with something like a 40/40/20 split or maybe a 50/30/20 and just get all my carbs around workout. I didn't really plan to cut calories so I don't really know if a normal macro split would work in dropping BF. I know it sounds ass backwards but I don't really wana lose weight, I just wana lose some BF. I wana continue to add size and gain muscle, I'm just hoping I can start getting rid of some BF at the same time! Is that possible and what is the best diet to do so? Hope this makes some sense to someone! :) Thanks!
