I'm 6'4, 240lbs, at 20% body fat.

Meal 1
5 egg whites
1 pack of sugar free instant oatmeal

Meal 2
8oz chicken breast

Meal 3
Protein Shake w/ 3 scoops
Handful of Almonds

Meal 4
8oz chicken breast

Meal 5
8oz chicken breast

Meal 6
Protein Shake

I have the exact macro values of everything, just not with me right now. I'll post those next time I'm on. But I'm trying to get as lean as I can before the summer time.
 
I would get rid of the oatmeal, add in a handful of nuts and go do something extreme like the get shredded diet by Dr. John Berardi. Dave Tate did this and lost 10% in 6 weeks. So you'd be real cut by summer time. if you want the link pm me and ill send it to you.

Get your BMR/TDEE then post up your macros. What is your normal workout schedule? Do you do any cardio? Where in the day do you workout (between which meals)?

Also, why the oatmeal? I mean its a good choice but it appears thats your only carbs all day. I would run keto if your going to only eat 30-40g of carbs a day. Hell you might be in keto or close to it already.
