Diet Supplements???????????????????????

try to be more vague with your future posts.

try reading through the diet and supplement forums
This board is here to ask questions. It keeps the board moving...PLUS things change everyday in the supplement industry.....SO if yopu dont have anything productive to add to the topic then kindly STFU and let us help this gentleman out!

OK....back to the thread. I recommend food over all supplements. More times than not supplements are bullshit.

Reduce your calorie intake and increase your calorie expenditure. I know, it would be better if there were a magic pill that could drop the weight but IMO most OTC supplements are bullshit.

What are your stats and how long have you been training if at all yet'

Thanks Gator, impressive resume. thanks for the response. As far as stats, i'm 24, 6'4", 228 lbs. bf% is roughly i'd say between 15-18% (hopefully not more :)) I haven't had it check in a wwhile. If you can't tell, i am just getting into lifting on a more serious basis. I've done sports in high school, but havent' been back to the gym since. I'm trying to get a little more cut up for the summer. Your def right about diet. I'm trying to focus on eating better now that i'm going to the gym daily. When i wrote suppplements before i meant more research type supplements like ECA or there are some eother things i've been reading about also. Let me know what you guys think.

the question is so vague its on the verge of pointless. Is the guy dieting? Eating like a typical fatass? Is he trying to "build muscle and burn fat at the same time" (like 99% of the people out there wasting their time)?

Its pretty much a given that the commonly pimped EC stack, yohimbine HCL + C, or other OTC's such as Thermorexin or Lipo6 all are effective with a proper diet. Why not make a thread in the anabolics section asking "I wanna be hyooge can steroids build muscle???????"

If you want a decent answer youre going to have to spend more than 4 seconds asking an inane question that could have 100 answers.

thats what your first post should have been

depending on how new you are to excersize, you could build a slight bit or muscle and lose a little bit of fat at the same time AT FIRST. But after that you have to do one at a time.

ECA isnt a research supp, its over-the-counter. A reasearch fat loss supp would be clen or t3 (t3 (cytomel) is Rx i believe) and are drugs you dont even need to bother reading about at this point unless you just want to know about them for the sake of knowing about them. ECA is perfectly safe assuming you dont have any pre existing conditions and dont take a retarded dose. Most people do 25mg of E and 200mg caffeine 3 times a day. Id start out at one serving per day for a few days, then two, then the full 3 after a week or two. The asprin isnt necesary. You can also drink green tea or take green tea extract. It helps with fat loss and has like a million other health benefits. Search for ECA on this board, theres a million threads on it. Like i said before, thermorexin and lipo6 are great OTC's, but the general consensus is that ephedra owns (thermorexin and lipo6 are ephedra free). Ive never used anything but EC so i dont know.

Also look through the diet section if you have any diet questions.
