Ok this is the question I have for ya all, I have been cutting now for awhile, I have had some good results just trying to get to 10 percent im guessing im 12-13 right now.
So this is the question I have, I have read numerous things that you should cut calories to low that you should eat at maintence or 500 under to lose the fat slowly so you don't lose muscle. But this is the thing if your taking like like 500 mg of test each week 100 mg of tren eod and 60 mg of winstrol a day your body should be anabolic enough to withstand catabolism if your eating enough protein right. So say your 220 and your eating 2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight your eating 440 grams of protein. and that is only 1760 cals then you eat just some fats in my case im avoiding cards for the last bit of this diet plan. so say I have another 75 grams of fat that still is less than 2500 cals, and then im doing cardio low to moderate intensity for 45 minutes twice daily. So basically im losing the fat at a fast pace then I reach the goal faster. I just don't see why only lose 1 lb per week. When you can work harder and eat less and with the chemicals and high protein how catabolic can you really be?
