dieting when not at the gym???

my question is when on a diet. should it be the same for day u are not at the gym.. say if im working out monday wed and friday. should i be eating the same on tuesday and thusdays?
 
for the sake of simplicity, yes.

no reason why any meals should be different. The only change in my diet is i have a PWO shake, but even that meal is pretty similar in macros to the meal i eat on offdays. I probably eat 30g less carbs on offdays, but other than that, no change.
