Diffrent workout

so l needa change my workout a little and i was thinking of this but want to know other peoples opinions first..there is probably a name for thie type of training but i dont know..l'll give an example with chest...

the exercises l'll choose is....bench press, incline bench, flys.

instead of doing one exercise with your 4 sets of how ever many reps then moving on to the next exercise what if you do 1 set on say the bench press then your next set on the incline bench then your next set on flys then repeat this all agian 3-4 times or somthing?

what results will you get from this training?? will you put on mass? get stronger? or is it jsut a waste of time?? any thoughts on this will be appreciated
 
you can vary your workouts however you want. what determines size/strength progression is how you eat, how much rest you get, and making sure you dont overtrain. stop overanalyzing.
