How many days can you run dnp for at a time?

I Would go no more than 14 , most dont go more that 9 days

Should I use somthing befor DNP like Winstrol (winny) ? How do you use your dnp ?

I've tried to use it all kinds of ways. I do now prefer to do low dose cycle, using 200mg dnp every 24 or 36 hrs. I run that for 2-4 weeks along with a mild dose of t3....

From the sounds of it you really don't know much about it. Do all the research you can before you try it. I know alot of people dont like Meso , but they do have alot of great reads on DNP.
