i got sore puffy nipples out of a Anavar (var) only cycle with no lump, only fat. im a bit confuse. is it gyno or pseudogyno?!?!

Yes it can. It's an early, not yet permanent, stage of gyno. You need to get nolvadex or arimedex to run for a week or two before symptons worsen. An over the counter natural testosterone booster wouldn't hurt to add to these either...such as T911, P6, Formadrol Extreme, etc.

One more thing...do not sit and poke, or squeez your nipples all day like most do when they see symptons...all this does is make them more sensitive and sore. Leave them alone, wear a tight undershirt to avoid a baggy shirt rubbing against the tip of your nipples and see if the soreness doesn't fade within a week or so...and still to be safe get the nolva or arim.

thx for the help ive been on nolva for almost 6 weeks now (with no improvment) ! i finish my bottle tomorow... i ordered some letro yesterday. should i wait and see if it get worst, or should i jump on letro as soon as i get it.?
